In less than a month, EuropeOn and GCP Europe host the Installers’ Summit 2025, the European gathering representing electrical and mechanical contractors. The Summit brings together representatives from 25 associations in 17 countries,  being the ideal space to network with sector leaders and European policymakers, and exchange ideas on how to concretely implement Europe’s energy and  competitiveness goals.

In addition, this year’s Summit will feature the Conference  “Growing Renewable Skills in the Installation Sector”, focusing on the co-funded EU project RESkill4NetZero, which addresses one of Europe’s most urgent challenges, the shortage of skilled workers in the renewable energy sector.

During the conference, the project consortium will present progress in developing a renewable skills strategy and launch the Renewable Energy Alliance, designed to ensure the project’s long-term sustainability. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange best practices, provide feedback, and engage directly with consortium partners.

From tackling labour and skills shortages to scaling up electrification and clean technologies, the Installers’ Summit offers a unique platform to share experiences and shape the sector’s future.
